Alternate Vehicle Transportation Program

Anyone who would like to utilize this program must complete an Alternative Vehicle Request Form, Background Check, Fitness to Drive (must be filled out by a medical provider), and have your vehicle inspected if you are using a personal vehicle. This process applies to both staff members and volunteers.
