Never stop growing! Our Community Education programs bring lifelong learning directly to you. From arts and cooking to technology, safety and financial wellness, our courses draw on the rich expertise of local businesses, organizations and passion-driven individuals.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- If you enroll for a class and it is canceled, you will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel your class enrollment 14 days prior to the start of class, you will be fully refunded excluding credit card fees.
- If you cancel your class fewer than 14 days to the start of the class, you will NOT be refunded.

If the CFAUSD Schools are closed or canceled during the day, all evening activities will also be canceled, even if the weather has cleared by the time your class is to start. If school is in session, but the weather looks questionable, please email us adulted@chipfalls.org or call us at 715-726-2416. If classes are canceled, we will make every attempt to contact registered participants via phone and/or email messages. If classes have to be rescheduled, we will do so according to the instructor's convenience.

- If the trip must be canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, emergency closures), every effort will be made to reschedule or provide a partial refund.
- Please note that we are unable to refund costs for tickets or admissions that were pre-purchased and are non-refundable, such as theater, museum, or event tickets.
- In such cases, participants will receive a refund only for the portion of the trip not already spent on prepaid costs.

The fact that this information is distributed through the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District does not mean or imply sponsorship of, or support of, the activity by the school system. Any problems related to the operation of the activity will be strictly between the participant and the sponsoring organization. Request for further information about the activity should be directed to the sponsoring organization.
Cardinal Community Education reserves the right to use photographs/video taken at course offerings without the expressed written consent of participants for the purpose of promoting our programs through a variety of media outlets. If you prefer not to be photographed, please contact the Community Education Coordinator.
